Tottenham Court Road
264-267 Tottenham Court Road was built to provide retail office space and residential accommodation. Its elevation has superimposed giant Ionic and Corinthian orders each with a full entablature and set on a ground floor of rusticated arches. The windows in the arches and between the columns are bronze. This is a modern London office building in the American Beaux-Arts tradition as practised by firms such McKim, Mead and White in the early twentieth century.
